Terms & Conditions – SRK Groups

1. Services  

We provide home, kitchen, toilet, and water tank cleaning services in Trichy.  

2. Booking & Payment  

- Bookings can be made via phone/WhatsApp.  

- Charges are shared before confirmation.  

- Payments are non-refundable after service completion.  

3. Customer Responsibilities  

- Provide accurate details.  

- Ensure access to the cleaning area.  

- Secure valuables before service.  

4. Limitation of Liability  

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, delays due to weather/traffic, or unrelated issues.  

5. Changes & Cancellation  

- Customers may reschedule 12 hrs before service.  

- SRK Groups may reschedule due to emergencies.  

6. Updates  

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
