1. Customer Cancellation
- Can cancel/reschedule at least 12 hrs before booking.
- Late cancellations may have a fee.
2. SRK Groups Cancellation
We may reschedule/cancel due to emergencies.
3. Refund Policy
- Non-refundable after service completion.
- Refunds only if service not delivered or double payment.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Advance Payments
- Adjusted against final bill.
- Refundable if cancelled before 12 hrs of booking.
